Large-scale delivery

UCI Cycling World Championships 2023, Tweed Valley

Created and delivered the entire food and drink offering across seven days at Glentress Forest: street food and refreshment vendors across the site and park-and-ride locations, and a 250-cover hospitality operation serving breakfast through to afternoon refreshments. Built around local suppliers, local produce and a sustainability brief that meant real thinking about food miles and waste.

Delivered all catering, the farmers’ market, retail, arts and crafts and street food for an event with 20,000 attendees over two days.
